Bio

I grew up in a small fishing town named Port Washington Wisconsin. It's about 45 minutes away north of Milwaukee. My passion for the environment came from shows on PBS like Wild Kratts this originally created my love for animals, especially endangered species. This showed me how important it was to protect the beautiful lake I lived on Lake Michigan. Moving somewhere similar to home was really important to me, so that’s how I ended here in Duluth.

I’m currently pursuing a bachelors of science in Mechanical Engineering. Using the information I’ve learned from my engineering courses, and my love of the natural environment. I see the importance of using new technologies to make the world a better place for people and the natural world. In the future I’m hoping to get into the material science field or nuclear energy for renewable energies.
